Terms and Conditions
- Gift Vouchers and unused portions of Gift Vouchers expire one year from the date of issuance.
- Gift Vouchers can be redeemed via this website only
- You must have a valid email address to purchase and redeem a Gift Voucher.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.
- Promotional offers, coupons and discounts may not be applied toward the purchase of a Gift Voucher.
- The total value of the Gift Voucher will be applied against the total order amount excluding sales tax.
- If your order exceeds the amount of your Gift Voucher, you must pay for the balance with a credit/debit card, cheque or via PayPal.
- The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
- No VAT (sales tax) is charged when buying a Gift Voucher; however,
purchases paid for with a Gift Voucher will be charged
applicable VAT.
Gift Vouchers and their use on the Party Diamonds web site are subject to Party Diamonds' general Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Notice. - Party Diamonds is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.
- Party Diamonds will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Voucher is redeemed
- Party Diamonds reserves the right to change these rules and regulations from time to time at its discretion and without notification.
- The risk of loss and title for Gift Vouchers pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
